We can always save you money, but due to the fact that we service a large geographical area, and we are sometimes limited on availability of vehicles or drivers, it is best to call with plenty of notice if you have the option to do so. For transportation to the airport, or out-of-town from not only the communities listed above, but also from Taylor, Georgetown, Weir, Jarrell, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, and Lago Vista, it is advised that you pre-schedule in advance because we get alot of requests for our low-cost transportation services from these areas.

Not only can we get you to the Capitol Metro bus & rail stations, the Amtrak or Greyhound stations, or the 6th Street Entertainment District, we can also take you all the way to Amarillo, or anywhere else in Texas. Listed below are just a few sample flat-rate fares to/from the various communities we service. We do not use meters in our vehicles to determine the fare. We utilize a zone-based system to determine flat-rate fares (which is what all taxicabs used prior to the introduction of the taxi meter). Meters not only can be confusing, and continue to run up at stop lights and heavy traffic, but also give you no idea what the total cost will be until you actually reach your destination. This can be shocking as many people have experienced. Our flat-rates make it simple and convenient for you to know up front what your total cost will be when using our transportation services. In most all cases, our flat-rate fares will be lower than when a meter is used for the same ride with another company (especially the longer distance rides). Please keep in mind that our flat-rate fares are not based on a per-mile amount. Our flat-rate fares not only take the distance of your trip into consideration, but also the distance to reach you prior to picking you up (the deadhead), competitors rates for common routes, the complexity of the route, and the expected fuel and drivers time to be utilized based on the complexity and traffic of a particular trip. We will honor any posted rate here, but rates are subject to change based on the continuous increase of fuel prices we are currently experiencing.

GROUP TRANSPORTATION

A CHEAP RIDETM offers group transportation for nights out on the town, shopping excursions, sightseeing tours, and other occasions. We can accomodate up to 14 passengers beside the driver (10 passengers with luggage) with our big, roomy, comfortable, Ford E-350 Super Duty "Monster" van.
