A CHEAP RIDETM has been in business since 2006, and although we no longer offer local taxi service, we still offer low, flat-rate fares on pre-scheduled long-distance private car service to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and many other cities in Texas. Have you tried to book Uber or Lyft for a long-distance trip and they cancelled on you at the last minute? We hear about it all the time. We like doing long-distance trips with our customers, so you can rely on us to be there to pick you as scheduled. We are not a shared-ride shuttle service. We do not pick up other customers along the way like Super Shuttle, but we offer affordable rates on private car service to many destinations in Texas such as Tyler, Texarkana, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Victoria, Laredo, Lubbock, Abilene, Kerrville, and other cities. Just text us at 512-310-8000 to check availability and get scheduled. There is no need to download an app just to get a clean, comfortable, safe and affordable ride to your destination. We have provided friendly, dependable service to thousands of satisfied customers for 20 years and we have safely completed thousands of trips all over Texas. We simply offer better service at affordable rates. If we can't accommodate your schedule, we will be more than happy to help in providing you names and phone numbers of other services in your area if we are not available.

** Please Note: We do require advance booking for trips. We will book your trip up to 60 days in advance, so make sure to provide us plenty of notice if you need to schedule a trip. Due to ground transportation regulations, we do not provide local taxi service or provide transportation within the City of Austin. We also do not provide one-way transportation FROM the Austin airport or offer service that originates at the Austin airport if we did not take you to the airport previously. We can provide one-way transportation TO the Austin airport or round-trip service from outlying communities such as Jarrell, Salado, Belton, or Temple.

What We Do

We started as a local taxi service in Round Rock in 2006, but we no longer operate as a taxi service. Over the years, we began to receive more and more requests for long-distance trips to Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and other cities in Texas, so we started operating as a long-distance private car service. Since we offer simple, low, flat-rate fares, customers found our rates to be a much better value than the meter-based taxi services, or the rideshare services that often cancel at the last minute. If you need to get to East Texas to visit family, or need a ride to pick up a car in Ft. Worth, we can get you there. We have taken customers all over the lone star state, and have driven over a million miles. We know Texas, and the best routes to get from point A to point B hassle-free. We don't answer the phone while behind the wheel, so send us a text at 512-310-8000 and we'll check it at the next stop and get back to you with a quote on your next trip. Please make sure to provide as many details as possible. We have great flat-rate fares our base area north of Austin to many destinations in Texas such as Llano, San Saba, Fredricksburg, Kerrville, Abilene, San Angelo, Lubbock, Tyler, Longview, Texarkana, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Brownsville, Laredo, El Paso, Amarillo, or anywhere else you need to go in the great state of Texas.

* Please keep in mind that we offer private transportation for each customer. We do not offer shared-ride shuttle service.
